Shipping and delivery

FREE SHIPPING: All orders over $200 (before tax) are subject to free shipping.

 

NEXT-DAY SHIPPING: Next-day shipping is available for orders purchased by phone before 2pm EST.

STANDARD/FLAT RATE SHIPPING:Standard/Flat Rate Shipping is applied to all orders under $200. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. If an item is on back order (out-of-stock) and will take longer than 3-7 business days to ship, we will contact you in advance and give you the option of waiting for the shipment or providing a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is available. Shipping rates are calculated according to weight.

TRACKING INFORMATION: Tracking information is available upon request. Please contact the company  at least 24 hours after your order has been placed and your tracking information will be emailed to you.

EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS. REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BACKORDER (out-of-stock) ITEMS. So Beautiful Hair Care products purchased in-store, online or at any So Beautiful affiliated locations or pop-up shops are subject to exchange within 14 days of its original purchase date. All products must be unused/unworn, free from odor/perfume, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. This includes, but not limited to, hair bundles, closures, frontals, apparel and shoes. All cosmetics, haircare and accessories are final sale.

 

HAIR CARE: Care instructions are provided on all hair extensions to assure customer satisfaction before installation. Once extensions are removed from its original packaging, tags are removed, or hair has been installed, hair extensions can no longer be identified as our product, therefore, absolutely no exchanges or refunds will be honored. In the rare occurrence of a product defect, we have the right to handle each individual situation to our discretion.
